Where do you deliver?

We deliver to: Peninsular Malaysia except Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu. Some rural areas are not covered, so please use our delivery checker to confirm your postcode.

What’s the delivery fee?

Free delivery for orders of RM130 and above (after discounts), anywhere we deliver.

Below RM130:

  • Within about 20 km of our kitchens: we deliver ourselves. RM5 to RM13 depending on distance, shown at checkout.
  • Elsewhere in KL, Selangor & Putrajaya: RM15 cold-chain courier delivery.
  • Other areas in Peninsular Malaysia: RM25 cold-chain courier delivery.

 

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 3 to 5 days from the date you place your order.

Deliveries run Monday to Saturday; some areas receive deliveries on set days only.

Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days. We’ll message you when your order is ready — please wait for our message before coming to collect.

Pickup hours are 9am to 7pm. Show our message or your order number at the counter.
