How to Prepare:
Defrosting your chicken breast:
Submerge the meal pack in running water until thawed
OR
Put it in the fridge one day in advance
Reheat (After defrost):
- Microwave for 45 to 90 seconds
- Put the bag into warm water (60°C recommended temp.) and wait 5 minutes
- Bon Appétit!
