How to Prepare:
Defrosting your fish:
Submerge the package in running water until thawed or put it in the fridge one day in advance
Grilling your fish:
Preheat a non stick pan over medium-high heat, add fillet, skin-side down & sear for 3 minutes until skin is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute. Lastly, sprinkle salt and squeeze on the lemon.
Each pack includes 2 mackerel fillet.
