Our chicken chops are bursting with flavour that's capable of quenching your thirst! Okay, that's a bit too extra...
But they're a really good substitute for your daily chicken breasts because it's a naturally more tender and moist cut of meat.
We still only use minimal seasoning and natural ingredients to ensure it's still keeping you on track with your fitness goals.

(FYI: This is a great alternative for you guys on a ketogenic diet looking for high-fat and low-carb meals.)
Every pack contains 170-180g, high-quality, antibiotics & hormone free, cooked chicken thigh. That works out to around a raw weight of 200-220g.

🍗 About Your Chicken Chop:
- Your meal packs can be stored up to 3 days in a fridge(under 4°C) OR 60 days in a freezer (under -18°C)
- All chicken chops come in vacuum-sealed reheatable packs. These vacuum bags are food-grade material & BPA-free, and can be submerged in hot water.

We currently only deliver within KL & Selangor.

What's the delivery fee?
Standard delivery fee is based on the range from one of our 2 locations.
Forders below RM100:
- RM10: within 15km
- RM20: 15-30km
- RM30: 30-50km
We provide FREE delivery on all orders above RM100.
When do you deliver?
Wednesday Delivery
Orders placed from Saturday to Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.
Saturday Delivery
Orders placed from Wednesday onwards will be delivered on the Saturday.
If that's not convenient, you can WhatsApp us at +60 10-831 4512 to arrange a better delivery date that suits you.

Self-Pick Up
Just have your confirmation email ready-to-show upon arrival when you choose pick up as your delivery option.

How To Prepare
Ready-To-Eat Packs
Preparing your Heaven Eat ready-to-eat meal packs is as easy as saying 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Defrost
Submerge the meal pack in running water until thawed OR put it in the fridge one day in advance.
Step 2: Reheat
There are multiple ways to prepare your ready-to-eat packs.
- Microwave for 120 to 180 seconds
- Pan-fry or grill at medium-high heat for 3 mins each side
- Bake or Air-Fry at 220°C for 5 mins, flipping halfway through

Ready-To-Cook Packs
Our Heaven Eat ready-to-cook meal packs are just as easy!
Step 1: Defrost

Step 2: Cook
Pan-fry or grill at medium heat for 5 mins each side.
Alternatively, you can bake or air-fry at 74°C for 15-20 mins, flipping halfway through.
